Data Browser
So you want to browse your designs and update a few of the properties - this is the tool for you.
This tool allows you to browse your directories to find Alibre designs. By default it will show all files and most standard and extended design properties but there are is a filter that will limit the display to just Alibre designs and the colum data can also be filtered and sorted.

Editing of an item is enabled by selecting the checkbox. Having enabled edits a double click in the cell of interest is required to start the edit.
Part numbering
Select the part you want to enable for part numbering to by selecting the checkbox. Make sure to ONLY select parts you want numbering.
Open the Part No Config dialog (Button at bottom of window)
Enter the desired part numbering pattern. This can be in the form of a prefix + a sequence of digits + a suffix. Also enter the step value for the digits; the digits will be incremented by this value for each successive part.
Click Apply - Parts will be sequentially numbered.
